Membership Cancellation


If you are traveling or injured and would like to put your membership on hold instead of cancelling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request HERE.

1. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, you can submit an email 28 days prior to your next scheduled payment to This will serve as your 28-day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be cancelled 28 days from the submission of the email. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 28-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.

2. If you chose to cancel your membership during the freeze period, the standard 28-day notice in email form requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable. 

3. Agreements are auto-renewed unless the membership cancellation is submitted via email to us at least 28 days prior to your scheduled auto-renewal.

4. If you are on a month-to-month contract based on an older agreement that has no contract term, 28 days' notice via email must be made prior to your next scheduled billing date for membership cancellation.

5. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is cancelled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
