Membership Cancellation



  1. If you are traveling or injured and would like to put your membership on hold instead of cancelling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request HERE.
  2. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 30-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.

2.2 If you chose to cancel your membership during the freeze period, the standard 30-day notice in email form requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable
2.3 Cancellations made prior to fulfilling your agreement will incur an early cancellation fee equal to the difference of your contract rate vs the month-to-month no contract rate for the months they have already been paid. Example; if you have a 12-month Black contract membership and you have paid for 9 months, you will pay 9 x £20 (the difference between contract and non contract) = £180 in order to “buy out” of your contract membership.
2.4  Agreements are auto-renewed unless the MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION is submitted via email or this form to us at least 30 days prior to your scheduled auto-renewal.
2.5 . If you are on a month-to-month contract based on an older agreement that has no contract term, 30 days notice via email must be made prior to your next scheduled billing date for membership cancellation.
2.6  If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is cancelled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
