Membership Hold


1. As stated in our membership agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on freeze for military orders, injury paired with a doctor’s note or extenuating circumstances. We understand things come up and we'd like to do what we can to help, therefore if you are suffering from an injury please contact us at: and we can see how we can scale the workouts so you can continue your training whilst rehabilitating your injury. To reactivate your membership, we will require a doctor’s note of clearance for exercise.

2. Membership freeze requests must be submitted in email form no less than 7 business days before your forthcoming scheduled renewal date. Membership freeze requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment. All membership payments are non-refundable. Membership freeze requests are limited to once per the calendar year in 4-week increments for up to three consecutive 4-week periods (4, 8, or 12 weeks).

3. A £20 4-weekly charge may be applied if you freeze your membership.

4. Upon expiration of the freeze period that you select, your account will automatically reactivate, and regular membership payments will resume.
