Good S&C is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. It’s unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!

Our Foundations Programme

All our members start here. 3 Month Period.

From £275/ Month

The first 3 months are key for longterm success in your fitness journey. We will ensure that during your foundation months:

  • You will be assessed to establish exactly where you are on your fitness journey
  • What the very next steps for you are to develop and succeed at long term fitness
  • Being looked after every step of the way with regular 1-on- 1 check ins with your Personal Coach.

By following our extensive Foundations Programme, you will achieve the best possible results in the shortest possible time!
